RE: Creating Even When You Don't Feel Good Enough

in #growth7 years ago

I heard someone say recently that they "learned to be happy without seeking happiness," people always have an idea of who they want to be and how to have fun and finding ways to escape but then people start to forget to learn to love and enjoy the things they already have and already achieved.

Ooooo, I like this!

but then people start to forget to learn to love and enjoy the things they already have and already achieved.

So true. There are so many things I can easily enjoy, but somehow I decided to focus on the things that weren't working and thus it felt like everything wasn't working.

Thanks for the comment and the reminders!
