I think there should be a team of people close to Ned and keep an eye on these activities and throw people out or ban them for good amount of time, even if they are Orca/Whale if their behavior harms the long-term vision of this platform and is agianst the philosophy on which Steemit is build upon.
Like in India, even a king is given equal punishment if he/she does something wrong according to the scriptures followed here. No one is above Dharma [righteousness].
Such a good platform with such a noble vision and few mad people with lot of money and power will make it go to dust.
