Guilty feeling is very worse, whether it's you or someone else is experiencing this. The truth is, we certainly ignore others feeling when we made them feel guilty for what they did not do. Well, maybe you don't do that but think deeply how many times you noticed this!

We make this behavior very normal, from our personal life to professional. We don't want to take responsibility and make others feel guilty for no reason. Let me give some example!

In professional life, it's a common norm to not take the responsibility when something goes wrong. And blame others for that. We don't realize how it may feel from the other person's side. And when it comes to supervisor and supervise, this becomes more common.

And in our personal life, this is also a common practice. Like if anyone chooses to bottle feed her baby, we start to judge her without knowing the reason. Or if anyone breaks up any relationship, we make the person feel guilty without knowing the back story. And if we know the reason, we are not anyone to make others feel worse about themself.

Making other's life difficult is very wrong. And you know what, this behavior is the start of such thing. This act brings low self-esteem to others and it broke the trust and honor in a relationship. There is always a healthy way to make others understand if they do anything wrong. And blaming them, making them feel guilty is never an option.

You know, how worse it feels so try to act gently when it comes to dealing with others. It's not our duty to judge others by our level of perspectives. Find some other ways to communicate, deal with problems peacefully rather than making others feel guilty. I will try to share what I feel can help with this particular issue.
