i want quit smoking
why? my family all no smoking
For their health!!!
어느덧 12일차를 지나가고 있군요
평온해집니다. 식사후와, 화장실에서만 잘참으시면 되는 시기입니다.(개인적으론 그렇습니다)
군것질을 땔순없지만 당분이 과다해지는거같아 조금씩 줄이고자 합니다.
혹자가 그랬지요 금연은 끊는것이아니라 참는것이라고 ..
그렇게 생각하면 안됩니다. 끊는것이라 생각해야 됩니다.
