My new habit
I notices, that most of the time I'm not satisfied by everything. I don't have a good mood, bc I always have a reason for it.
And those reasons are stupid and small, they are just the stupidest things to have bad mood. It doesn't matter what happens with me, everything can be great, but still, I have a bad mood.
So, I made a conclusion that it's just a bad habit. A habit to be unhappy. Nice though but still, what to do? How to be happy? I tried to stop being negative, stop think of bad things, stop anger. But it didn't work.
Bc when you try to stop bad thoughts they are still in your head, the more you stop, the more they come.
That's why, I thought, I need a new habit.
Everytime I wake up or do something I ask myself "what makes me feel joy?"
It's not so easy at the beggining, but you look and find so many things that bring joy in your life.
Noone can make you happy except YOU.
