BUILDING HEALTHY HABITS.
Today I am going to share something about habits. The main purpose of writing this content is just that we all can relate to this. We all have habits no one can say that he is living and have no habits we all keep some habits either by nature or by learning.
What Are Habits?
Let's define habits. Habits are the small decisions you make and actions you perform every day. According to researchers at Duke University, habits account for about 40 per cent of our behaviours on any given day are driven by habit.
Your life today is essentially the sum of your habits. How in shape or out of shape you are? A result of your habits. How happy or unhappy you are? A result of your habits. How successful or unsuccessful you are? A result of your habits.
💫“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”💫

Which is fantastic if we’re doing the right things, but what happens if we’ve mistakenly programmed the wrong behaviours? (Which I’m sure most of us probably have).
Bad habits are rampant in our lives, from eating poorly, to spending too long on distracting websites or watching tv, to showing up to a job you hate. But with half our days spent on autopilot, it’s essential that we build healthy, good habits that make us more productive at work and improve all parts of our lives.
💫“Your audacious life goals are fabulous. We’re proud of you for having them. But it’s possible that those goals are designed to distract you from the thing that’s really frightening you—the shift in daily habits that would mean a reinvention of how you see yourself.”💫
