I think this story is totally Messy. If upvoting and draining STEEM is a problem now it could be ever in the future with others persons, others @haejin, others Whales upvoting and others @berniesanders downvoting or flagging or making some personal wars in the name of others, so what will happen?
If the mechanism is a problem , is a problem of the developer of this platform and of this system. So they must take the situation in their hand, and fix the problem, doing limitation or something to avoid this messy and wars between people and followers.
