(Tr. David LaSpina)
(“Rain at Maekawa in Sagami Province” by Kawase Hasui)
It’s been a while since we visited some haiku, so as I researh some new ones to translate, I thought we might revisit some of the already translated ones that Steemit has buried. In this reissued series I might offer new comments, I might even offer a different translation that gives a different perspective, or I might let it stand as is. This one, for instance, doesn’t really need much comment.
Enjoy, and let me know what you think.
