Heating blanket
I’ll wrap around you until
At least noon


Branches rattle in breeze
The leaves, once red, yellow, brown
left down the ditch


The morning frost-
I’ll try waking up early
this afternoon


The night’s clouds
Covers the moon and sake
With drifting flakes


Last night
Branches hitting the roof
The icicles jingle
