HALIBUT FISH STORY
Halibut fish is a flat-shaped fish of the Hippoglossus type, originating from the red-eye family (Pleuronectidae). Halibut fish are often found in the North Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. Halibut is a large type of fish, can reach a size of 2 meters and weigh 200 kg. This fish is rich in protein, selenium, phosphorus, niacin and omega-3 fatty acids. Halibut is classified as a healthy food ingredient because it also contains low amounts of sodium and fat. Good fish consumed every day.
