The Health EcosystemsteemCreated with Sketch.

"Being in a state where the mind, body, and spirit are without ailments/diseases"

Let's take a closer look at primary health care.

In order to set the environment, the primary health care ecosystem is subjected to three categories:

  1. Mind
  2. Body
  3. Spirit

Each of these should be tacked throughout the day in order to maintain optimal health.
Why?

The health ecosystem requires great detail and with that comes complexity. Instead of chaotic order, we can work together like a pitstop team. Everyone has their own defined task but they all work together and trust each other.

This is the first step in the health ecosystem. We need to work as teams, a doctor is not right-their highly opinionated. Nutritionist, neurologist, nurses, physiotherapist, steam cell therapists...the team should debate the idea with practical solutions that can be integrated right now and personalized.

If not things like DNAfit and CloudmedX will be taking over and you'll need to find another job.

It's like we forget that every interaction is in an ecosystem or extra-human-matrix and our meme-brain helps define our interactions in it.

But like an ecosystem and newtons 3rd law, for every action, there is an equal reaction... That is why thermodynamics will help change all these ecosystems.

The law of conservation of energy is a beautiful model that everyone tries to do within their daily lives.

We try to make our routines as easy as possible. When the ball starts rolling and too many gears are moving, you need to add more people to maintain the product.

We may be getting energy from the sun, and then you drive... you lose the energy in friction. What if we take this friction to light the lights and to charge the homes.

It's a smart world...look at IOTA. Very interesting rabbit hole.

So much you can do here...

But first get back to planet earth. We need to set the foundation for this. We all need to eat.

  1. Mind-education
  2. Body-nutrition and health
  3. Spirit- heart

Rethink everything
