Great advice, with a roof over our heads and access to the basics of human needs, we have already won life's lotto. True peace and happiness comes from within.

I too have suffered from various forms of mental health due to circumstances growing up, meditation is a great tool that has helped me to make peace with this. I am now very grateful for the life i have, and hope everyone can also find their happy place.
