How to be Happy
Enjoy the foods you love.
Be true to yourself.
Do not try to please other people.
Do your best and excel in your school or work.
Date yourself. Have a me time.
Do not rely on others for your happiness. You do not need a boyfriend or girlfriend to be happy because if he/ she leaves you, you’d be left empty.
Shake your body. Move. This increases endorphines in your body.
Have a life that you can be proud of. If you have been a slacker, find a job. If you have dropped out of school, enrol. Get your life back.
Do not watch videos that would just make you sad. Avoid watching the news if you’ll just end up getting upset.
Do not mind other people who just bring negativity in your life. Eliminate them if you can.
Do not listen to what toxic people tell you.
Believe that you can do anything you desire. Just be diligent.
Sleep instead of wasting your time on trivial things. Having sleep deprivation would make you cranky.
After six days of toiling on your work, have one day of rest, relaxation, and fun.
Recognize the successes you had in your life. Believe that since you have done it before, you’ll achieve so much greater this time.
Nibble on some sweets and chocolates.
Always remember that every cloud has a silver lining. So, never ever lose hope.
