Interesting read! Communities is going to change the game. It also comes with challenges too. I hope we'd be able to overcome them.
I agree with you @jaff8, I would say community building for a product is as challenging as developing it. but overcoming these challenges are necessary to create a big impact. Up for the challenge, anytime:)
