The true power of healing

1987 a remarkable medical study was carried out by Dr Randolph Byrd, in the USA, to access the effectiveness or otherwise of the power of distant healing.

Over the next ten months around 400 patients that had been admitted to their coronary care unit of the San Fransico General hospital took part in a clinical trial in which half the group recieved healing prayer treatment alongside their normal medical care.

It was a double blind test, designed acording to ridged criteria, with neither the patients, the doctors, nor the nurses being aware that they were even part of this medical study.

The results when they came back, showing the benefical effects of healing, were of such significance that had a drug or clinical procedure been involved it would have been heralded as a major breakthrough!!
