There is no doubt that the most beautiful curve of a woman (and a man) is the smile, and that is the aesthetic state of the latter, is a great influence in our social, work and loving life, it is something that affects our life in unimaginable areas. That is why I decided to give you some simple but important tips to maintain oral health and get a smile as the actresses of television, the models of advertising, etc.

take care about what you eat / drink

The responsible of bad oral hygiene could be cola drinks, some sauces, dark juices etc, because the sugars left by these products in our oral cavity are the perfect substrate that bacteria use to make acids and other substances that demineralize the our tooth enamel, it would be best to eliminate the consumption of these but if you can not leave it would be best to brush your teeth immediately after your intake or eat "detergent foods", which in this case the preferred of our teeth is the apple, or If you do not have one on hand other options include raw carrots, celery, popcorn and other foods that help whiten teeth naturally.

Cleaning the brush and changing it

Change your toothbrush or in the case of an electric brush change your head regularly, at least every two or three months. Because if you do not change it, you only transfer the bacteria that reside in your mouth, which causes not only oral problems, also systemic problems, as for example, many people usually leave their toothbrush on the toilet, and it has been shown that in these cases 90% of the bacteria and other particles of excrement that come from the digestive tract and that should remain in the toilet once we go to the bathroom, remain stuck to the brush, activating or "pump" the bathroom because these remains are scattered through the air and many of them come to your cleaning instrument that is already mentioned .. so if you are one of those who leave the toothbrush incorrect place ¡CHANGE THE PLACE OF YOUR TOOTHBRUSH NOW!

Brush your tongue

For love of Christ, I do not know why people do not usually brush their tongues, and this step seems very insignificant, but the truth is that when we stop doing so we also accumulate a large part of the bacteria on the surface of the tongue. that brings bad oral breath, so if you want to show off a perfect smile, or at least open your mouth while talking, brush your tongue.

Stay Hydrated

It is extremely important that you drink a lot of water so that the salivary glands produce more saliva, what does this help your smile ?, I tell you that saliva has antimicrobial action, that is, it aims to take care of the teeth and mouth of bacteria and its products, and also has remineralizing capacity, this means that it contributes to the preservation of tooth enamel, so when you hydrate well, you reduce to a very high degree the appearance of cavities and other oral problems.

Brush your theeth before you sleep

The habits of oral hygiene at night is not something that should be negotiated, why? This is because, as I explained in the previous step, saliva has a mineralizing effect, since most of its components (bicarbonate, sodium, fluorine, phosphate, etc) are inorganic compounds, so if you do not clean and brush your mouth before going to sleep, it is more likely that these components mineralize and calcify the remains of food on the surface of your teeth, and you will suffer a disease that is called "dental calculus", a disease that is not only visually disgusting, it tends to cause bad breath problems too.

Now, you think "and this woman because she mentions so much brushing?", And that's why I'm here, to explain that tooth brushing is the key, it's the fundamental phase to be able to have the smile you love so much, because through of this simple step, you are preventing any occurrence or disorder of oral health, when you make a correct use of the brush you are also saving many expenses at the dentist, remember that going to the dentist is not expensive, the most expensive is THE DISEASE.

I hope you liked these tips, as it is already stated in the title, this is only the first part, because I will do a lot more posts on this topic to be able to help you, and as always I recommend you visit the dentist every 6 months or the year ..
