Morning sickness for pregnant ladies
Have you ever wondered what it takes to be a mom? Do you know what it's like to be pregnant? Most of us take this mother thing for granted. To us pregnancy is just a normal event in the life of a mother. But as far as personal experiences are concerned, mothers bear through a lot of pain and suffering throughout the pregnancy.
Morning sickness, a term which is often misguided, is one of the LITTLE things which a woman suffers during pregnancy. In medical term, we call it the nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. In some pregnant women, there is severe onset of nausea during morning which eventually relieves during the day time. Morning sickness can occur during any time of day. It isn't confined to just morning. Usually it starts about the 6th week of pregnancy but can also be seen in action during 4th week.
Symptoms include persistent vomiting, severe nausea, dehydration, confusion, headache, maternal weight loss. Now how can a woman prevent this morning sickness? Well that's easy. A woman should eat little and often, eat protein rich foods, should have breakfast in bed, avoid hot meals, take lots of drinks, talk to a friend or have comparative therapies. Well there's to it. A healthy mother leads to a healthy baby. So, every mother should take care of herself to live a healthy life.
