Your health matters
There is no right answer for that question, but it will always pop in our minds how to improve our sleeping time. In order to be an involved and productive student and still get the appropriate amount of sleep, it is necessary to know our body. If you know your body, you will be able to distinguish those signals, such as slow reflects, heavy eyes, tiredness, that your body gives you. For example, I like to do things, as homework, at night, but as soon as I feel sleepy, I stop. As my grandmother usually remind me, if you can’t finish anything you are doing before 10:00pm, it is better to stop and finish it the next day because sleeping is the key for intelligence and beauty. However, if you consider yourself as a night person, your body will still give you some kind of signals to stop and get some rest. Therefore, everyone should rather be alert about his or her limits, in relation with his or her body, than with the consequences of a bad habit.
As college students, if we were giving the privileges to add two hours to each day, everyone will do that because trying to balance sleeping properly with academics and other school activities isn’t easy. Doing our assignments at night will deprive us from sleeping early, which might affect our concentration in class the next day .The way forward is doing the schoolwork and other activities during the day so that during the night, we would get enough rest for the next day.
