Goji fruit, yogurt, chia seeds and whole grains are rich in fiber and improve digestion. It's a healthy breakfast.

yes, it is awesome to kick start the body as the first meal of the day, espcially I am on the 8,16 eating habit program. After 16 hours of no food (just water and rest during the night) this becomes very welcoming to my stomach and bowel :)
