Because we started a new year, and everyone makes wishes for 2018, I come with a little help for those who want a healthier life. If you feel powerless, not in the mood or if you just want a change in your life, then I'm on your side. Here are some tips that will help you.

6 healthy habits that you need to include in your life:

  1. Getting enought sleep.
There is no strict rule, but a mature person should sleep about 7-9 hours per night and a children 9+. Sleep is good for every function in your body and improves concentration and productivity. If you don't sleep enought than you might get fat because poor sleep affect hormones and that dereglate almost everythin in your body, you also weakens the immune system that making you vulnerable to get sick. Poor sleep is even associated with increased risk of death by suicide.

  2. Drinking whater.
You need to hydrate your body wich is made of by more than 70 percent wather, so making sure that you are hydratated. Is going to help with your hormons, your skin, digestinon, everything. In the morning the body is weakened and needs wather so drinking of 1-2 glasses of water on the empty stomach is beneficial for health, and than about 2 liters during the day.

  3. Do sport.
I don't mean necessarly "Go to the gym everyday!" but a short walk through the park or on the beach if you have the posibility, don't sounds so bad. huh? Go running, swim, ride a bike, do what you like, but move your body! Preferably outdoor. The sport trains the muscles and the brain, improves concentration, regulates the respiration, circulation and heart rate, get rid of stress and otherwise keep you energetic and brething fresh air is also good for you.

  4. Cook.
It's much better if you know what you eat instead of eating all of those unhealty things that you find in McDonalds or other fast-foods. Just think of it. A bowl full of food cooked by you, when you know exacly what you used. Consider cooking because it's much healthier, even if it takes more time than buying a hamburger, believe me, it's really worth it.

  5. Stay away from social social media at least one hour a day.
I know, it souns hard, especally as these days when in virtual life you have more friend than in real life, it's "better" to comunicate because nobody see your gestures, you don't need to get out, or any other reason . When you are bored or embarrassed, it's much easier to just look down at your phone screen. "We have so many things to do", but we scrolling down the facebook page all day. Shut down the phone, laptop or tablet and concentrate on your work, or spend some time whit someone you love, a friend or more, your family. It's much better for your brain than stalking them on Instagram.

  6. Train your brain.
This one sounds a bit strange, right? But even if it's not a muscle, the brain needs training too, and the best way to do it it's by reading. When you read, develop your verbal abilities and impruves your concentration, memory and imagination. Readers enjoy the arts and are active participants in the world around them, and that engagement is critical to individual and social well-being. It also reduce stress. And don't worry, if you don't like to read, you can do a lot of other things like learning a new language, or play at an instrument, slove riddles, crosswords, sudoku, etc.

These are some of the things that made my life better so I hope you like it and I helped you. All you need is some self-confidence and desire.
