I would like to add two more benefits which I have experienced personally

  1. Giner boiled water lowers down the body temperature and in those ways it helps in fighting with a fever.
  2. For Headache and cold, drinking Ginger water is very helpful.

Two days back I had a cold, headache and fever. In boiled Ginger water; I added 3-4 basal leaves as well and drank it 3-4 times a day.

In a day alone, I was able to get my 90% illness cured. Thanks for the information.
