The "dark side" of yoga

Do you know something about "dark side of yoga"? Let me tell you all...

1. The end of night hangouts will come 

After night in club its difficult to wake up in the morning and start the day with a practice. And as the organism began to get used to pleasant sensations on the rug, so, most likely you will begin to go to bed earlier. 

2. The dinner will be spoiled 

Practice of yoga helps you to feels better reaction of the body to food. It can go so far, that you will start to refuse junk food, like fast food. Or even more, you will become a vegetarian. 

3. The drama will end

 It's hard to lead a life filled of melodramatics when you are committed to your practice. You can become so calm that others won't be able to involve you into their problems. And even in your own you stop getting involved, and you will begin to accept them as it is. Learning life lessons, but not doing self-flagellation. 

4. You will feel your responsibility 

The practice of yoga often plays a role of a mirror in which you see yourself. And often you come to a conclusion that there is no sense to blame other people for what you have, because we are responsible for ourselves. 


5. You will become more sensitive 

The sensitivity to feelings in a body, implies sensitivity to one’s inner experience. And that means that there will be sensuality to yourself, and consequently, to other people.

6. You will start to respect other people 

It will not be funny laughing and gossiping about other people. What used to be a cheerful distinction earlier, will seem cruel and low now. Your social life can be seriously suffer. Perhaps you will have to leave friends who don't share your attitude to the world and other people. 

7. Yoga will open your hips, shoulders and hearts

As your body becomes more and more flexible, your heart will also become softer and kinder. You will reveal externally and internally. 

8. The yoga will save you from the self-destructive habits 

You have lost craving for alcohol and tobacco. You will have so much vital energy that lying all day on the sofa will become unbearable. You will stop feeling stressed and depressed. 

So, if you don't want to change anything in your life, then bypass the yoga side!
