My Bluetooth speaker is saving my Health and Fitness

I don't know about you guys, but I think the primary thing that leads to diet sabotage is ( or used to be, as you'll see ), is the contemplation of how much work I need to do in the kitchen - chopping, mixing, measuring, and all of the cleaning that you need to after everything is prepped.

Ask most people what a healthy diet looks like and whether you're talking Paleolithic or vegan, and you probably picture vegetables being chopped or soups being prepped, as well as equipment all over the place that you need to rinse/wash and put away.

Speaking personally, my willpower is most taxed when I imagine all the work I need to do standing in kitchen for even an hour.

This is why I bought this speaker:

Not sure why I took so long to get one.

I always have tons of content on my iPhone whether it's podcasts, book on tape, or downloaded mp3's of interesting interviews on the web about anything from cryptocurrencies, law of attraction, or javascript programming.

I kind of equate my actual weight workouts with the "work outs" of doing my food cooking and preparation in the kitchen. They are both "proactive" actions, whereas,... "not eating crap" is a passive attitude that also goes into the equation.

So, for both your proactive actions, it helps to entertain yourself, and kitchen work is perfect with books on tapes and podcasts.

I hope this stimulates you guys to consider setting up your kitchen for maximum health-directed useage.
