Stay healthy in this Ramadan!

The arrival of our beloved Mahmud of Ramadan during the hotest winter of this year. But the extreme temperature and excessive vapor expansion in the air became absolutely intolerable. During fasting, there was plenty of water left in the body of the sun in the dark sun. Oily and fried foods in sehari and iftar are very harmful for the health of the fasting. Some healthy tips may be useful for you to stay healthy in this Ramadan.

Get plenty of fluid food:

In the month of Ramadan, the reason for the loss of fluid in the body is less drinking water. Due to the small amount of water loss, it creates discomfort, but if it contains a strong drawing it is risky for life. Excessive sweet carbonated beverages, such as soda, artificial fruit juice or juice, leave the body moisture-less beverages such as tea or coffee, etc.

It is recommended to drink plenty of pure water after iftar, sehri and iftar. Experts say at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water. So, before the iftar, keep enough water on your water-purifying machine. Without drinking too much water at a time, eat a little few times a day. Either you can feel embarrassed Many people who do not like to eat water only, they can mix lemons or different flavors with water. Some other healthy alternatives are zero-calorie vitamin or fructose.

Be aware of food:

Our food should be light and nutritious during Ramadan. A balanced diet will help you maintain normal weight. If the food you eat is correct, then it will protect you from water loss. There are plenty of fruits and vegetables in the list of healthy foods in Sehri and Iftar, which contain adequate water and simultaneous easy-to-eat

Fruits and vegetables will also help you to prevent constipation. Many people are suffering from constipation in the first days of Ramadan due to the lack of proper diet and adequate water and lack of physical activity. Excessive sweet, carbohydrate, fat and frozen foods are very harmful for both your health and beauty. If possible, reduce or decrease the salt intake because salt causes watery disorder and makes the skin rigid.

Protect yourself from hot and fatigue outside the home:

In Ramadan, outside the house or the office outside the sun, there is also a need to reduce the roaming under the sun. Build a healthy exercise of at least an hour after iftar, the body will be good.

To avoid heating, wear light cotton yarn, cover your head with a scarf or a hat. To avoid the sun's heat and the possibility of cancer, regularly apply sunblocks or sunglasses. Use good quality moisturizer to care for and align skin.
