My private kitchen (six) – Northeast special dish – delicious baked eggplant clip 我的私房小厨(六)- 东北特色菜- 美味烙茄盒
In summer, there are all kinds of vegetables waiting for you to choose , and eggplant is one of the best selling fruits and vegetables. Eggplant is rich in nutrients, including protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, and calcium, phosphorus, iron and other nutrients. It has a variety of eating, I would like to recommend another way of doing with electric baking pan flipping the eggplant. Northeast specialties is fried eggplant with oil , crispy, but greasy, easy to spray oil. Cooking this dish, I feel the kitchen filled with smoke flavor. So now I use electric baking pan to burn the eggplant, very simple, less oil, and more healthy.
Look at the following with me to cook this delicious eggplant !
Material:
Eggplant two
Meat stuffing
Onion or leek
Ginger
Cooking wine
salt
Soy sauce
Methods:
1. Pork stuffing, add green onion, ginger, sesame oil, salad oil, salt, a little cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce a little color, tune into the stuffing.
2. Add the leek with meat stuffing , I prefer the leek .
3. Cut the eggplant into pieces, cut in the middle, but don't break.
4.Put the meat into the eggplant piece. Eggplant needs no peeling, so it's more nutritious.
5. Flour, water, eggs, a little salt into batter.
6. Put eggplant into batter, dipped in all over .
7. Put the eggplant clip in the electric baking pan. Heat for about 2 minutes.
8 Eggplant baked well , less oil, taste better even than fried eggplant !

原料:
茄子两个
肉馅
韭菜或者小葱
姜末
料酒,
盐
生抽
老抽
鸡蛋1个
做法:
将猪肉铰馅、加葱末、姜末、香油、色拉油、盐、料酒少许、生抽、老抽少许调色,调成馅料。
肉馅加入韭菜或者小葱, 个人喜欢韭菜。
长条茄子切块,切块,中间划一刀,不要断开。
将肉馅夹入茄夹中,待用 。
面粉、加水、鸡蛋、盐少许调成面糊 。
- 茄盒放入面糊中,蘸满。
- 放入电饼铛中摆好。 加热2分钟左右。
8 . 茄盒烙好了, 少油, 味道丝毫不比炸茄盒差哦!
