Erm ... do you not grasp that healthcare in the US is very highly priced, and well beyond what most can afford? When you're paying 80% of your rent and skipping the power bill this month so you can still get food, you have literally nothing for healthcare. This is a thing called "general forgetting", and it's responsible for the "self-made person" delusion. This... this is hope gone nuts.

It's not referring to healthcare specifically. It has more to do the type of nutrition you fuel your body with. Better nutrition, healthier body, lessens the need for medicine. Investing in your health and being proactive as opposed to abusing your body with poor nutrition then paying the consequences, "literally".
