The wrong thing to avoid when you go out for food!
In the cafeteria you meet all women to eat salads, grilled vegetables and completely avoid frying. We are trying to stay healthy eating. All about the ... beach.
But you're making the same mistake with us. When you have dinner with friends or your good, avoid eating during the day. You think, "Let's go eat again tonight, let's not eat anything until we get out." Wrong, foul, red card.
Nutritionists insist that we should not leave our stomach empty as we will end up eating much more in the evening and certainly more unhealthy foods. A little protein before dinner will save you from gluttony.
If you still want a lighter lunch, prefer a yoghurt with 10 almonds!
