Detoxification and my top 6 tips!

As you may know, our world became hypertoxic. Just think to the air we breath everyday and the water we drink. In average, 200-300 chemicals can be found in the water supply of most major cities in North America. Virtually all cities's water contain tylenol (acetaminophen), estrogens (du to massive amount of women taking the "pill"), chemotherapy residues, heavy metals and pesticides and herbicides, etc. How surprising is this when we know that 80 000 chemicals have been invented and used since the industrial revolution (1).
Our food is also affected, thanks to industrial farming, the soil has been killed (I refer to the good bacteria it normally contains) by the massive amount of herbicides and pesticides that are used on crops such as glyphosate. This translated by an average decrease of the nutrient content in most veges/fruits. Without these beneficial bacteria, nutrients are not as well absorbed by the plants.
This results in the average human body in North America that contains more than 700 chemicals! (2) Some signs that you may be intoxicated are: chronic fatigue, presence of autoimmune diseases, brain fog, depression or other mental health issues, and insomnia.
Therefore, it is very important to include detox tips in your everyday life... Here are my top 6 tips:

Go with detox nutrition by including these food in your diet:
- Foods rich in vitamin C – Fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C can reduce the damage caused by chemical toxicity by acting
as an antioxidant. - Cilantro and other green vegetables – Cilantro and green leafy vegetables like kale, spinach and parsley are detoxifying and
can help reduce the buildup of chemical in the body. - Garlic, onions and parsley – These vegetables contain sulfur which helps your liver detoxify itself of heavy metals like lead
and arsenic. - Water – Drink a glass of water (250 mL) or vegetable juice every two hours to help flush out toxins.
- Flax and chia seeds – Omega-3 fats and fiber can help with detoxification of the colon and reduce inflammation.
- Foods rich in vitamin C – Fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C can reduce the damage caused by chemical toxicity by acting
Sweat! Making sure you are sweating at least 3-4 times, for 30-45 min a week by exercising or using infrared sauna are great way to detox.
Detox bath: 30-45 min in warm water bath to which you add 2 cups of epsom salt, 1 cup of sodium bicarbonate, and a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Epsom salt contains sulfate and magnesium ions which are critical for detox. The bicarb ions help with alkalinizing your body with favour toxins mobilization and make it easier for your body to excrete them.
Avoid toxic foods such as: farmed fish, food allergens, non-organic foods, food with additives, hyper-processed foods, and alcool.
You can use some detox supplements: chlorella (2-4 caps daily), vitamin C (2-3 g daily), cilantro tincture (once or twice a day), probiotics (50 billions daily)

Mate, you should take a trip to the former eastern block countries where there are industrial towns.
Times 10 the destruction of nature and decades of outright poisoning people.
It is something that is hard to imagine until you see it, I couldn't believe it when I traveled and worked in some of those countries.
Not saying that it is good in the west, but trust me, if you want to see the future of the western cities, just go to the eastern block cities, cancer and sicknesses in such high percentages that it makes you sick just thinking about the fact that this is what awaits all the "industrial" cities and towns out there.
