Aahh it's been sometimes not reading your posts and so happy to find this one. I have donated my blood only once in my life😔 they said my haemoglobin not normal to be taken (always around 8-10😢) no matter how much meat, grains or any supplement food that needed to increase the hb. You're such a nice and lucky one @sherbanu. Though I joined the blood donation voluntary club (we have many for each blood type in Aceh) and we have a good system to provide blood donation for any emergency situation, I'm happy just by sharing the news and contacting people I knew to help.
