Morning ritual. Getting outside!

Can spending the first 10 mins of your day outside set you up for the rest of the day? The way you start your day has a huge impact on your productivity for the day. I have found by resisting the urge to grab my phone and instead grab my shoes and getting outside my productivity, creativity and mental clarity are significantly boostly. My mind feels clear and energy levels are significantly improved for the rest of the day.

Spending time in nature is a proven way to improve your overall health and well-being—it decreases stress, it improves concentration, it increases energy, and it encourages mindfulness. Start the morning off right with mornings outdoors and see how it clears your mind, grounds you, and gives you an energy boost for the day ahead. I mean, that sounds even better than a cup of coffee!
So get outside!
