In today's age the pharmaceutical industry is in bed with government which results in low quality and high cost. Doctors are forced to prescribe dangerous drugs that often create more health problems than what is initially wrong. No competition in the medical field has left people addicted to these government drugs and nowhere else to turn. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. That is true when it comes to our bodies which should be treated like temples. Putting good into our body is a way to help refrain from having to deal with the government monopoly on medicine.

MANGOES protect against cancer.
KIWIS increase bone mass.
