Health is Wealth

It is absolutely true that, "health is wealth". Because, our body lives with us in all our good and bad circumstances. Nobody in this world can help in our bad times. Therefore, if our health is okay, then we can face any bad situation in our life. If someone is not healthy then he will be suffering from health or other problems in life instead of enjoying life.

Everyday in this generation people are working like a machine. Few people just care how will they earn money so that they don't even care about their health that is why now a days people are destroying their health. The main thing people should understand in day today life is "if health is not good, everything is lost". They don't understand that without health there is no real happiness and success in life. When a person is healthy, he or she is capable of earning wealth if one is not healthy he or she cannot work productively and hence won't be able to generate income for independent living. Our first priority should be to Maintain our health in the best way. Health is wealth ", this common saying goes right in everybody's life. Good health is the real wealth, that is, the money which always has the ability to help us. Good health is the most important part of our life, without which we are incomplete and live unhealthy lives. Good health is really better than money and other things in the world.

Wealth is the richness of a person which is abundance of money, no financial worries, plentiful supply of a particular resources and desirable things, valuable property, possessions, luxurious life with worldly items etc.

As we know, Good health always gives us the feeling of happiness and complete physical, mental, social and intellectual well-being. A good health always keeps us away from evil and health related problems. A great freedom fighter, Mahatma Gandhi (also called Bapu), had said, "It is a health that is a real wealth, not gold and silver coins."

We must not harm our health by running madly after wealth. Living a healthy life can be the greatest gift you can give yourself. Now a days people are just destroying their health by not intaking proper food or diet. They give importance only to fast and spicy junk foods, while it is harmful to their health. They take many stress in their mind without any reason etc.

In order to maintain good health, we need to follow balanced food, regular exercise, yoga, meditation, intaking fresh air, drinking clean water, adequate sleep and comfort, hygiene, regular medical check-up. It is necessary to follow the things of teachers and elders.

To be healthy and fit we must eat standardized and healthy food. We should follow the good habits like Proper sleep "Going to bed early, getting up early in the morning, making a person healthier, richer and intelligent", "time and tide-less do not wait for anyone". We should clean our teeth twice a day to keep our mouth clean and free from diseases. We should always wash our hands with soap and always have to wash hand before eating. We must maintain personal hygiene to get good health. We should take a bath with fresh water everyday. To get fresh air, you should go for the morning walk. Eat green vegetables, fruits, nuts, lentils etc Mean while take a rest.

Making money in order to meet the basic needs of your daily life is very important, however, it is also necessary to lead a healthy and peaceful life, which requires good health.
