Look into Dr Kendall had who invented a protein culture medium which he called "K Medium" after its inventor. After 'filtrable virus' portions of a bacteria ( proto-cells) were isolated the The K medium enabled the cancer to keep producing. With out the Medium the cancer would not form, by adjusting the ingredients Kendall and Rife were able to spawn different things, after which they would test the rife machine on them until they could confirm they had killed the specific cells 10x times they would move on. Rife keep the frequencies to dissolve each virus, cell, and bacteria in a note book, that was the most important piece, people can rebuild the rife machine, but they cannot isolate the specific frequencies with out access to rife's research and or his special chromatic light microscope.
