Colloidal Silver is an awesome product.
One does need to be aware though that like with any other antibiotic, taking it orally will also kill beneficial bacteria within the gut. My personal advice would therefore be not to take it daily, only when you are hit for six so to speak.
As a topical treatment, it is very effective.
Also it is an effective way of keeping some cancers at bay. My mother has a friend who's had cancer for years but is still going thanks to the beneficial effects of colloidal silver
