Health Insurance Costs Skyrocket as Government Involvement Increases

Over the last few decades, it seems like every industry the fasco-communist US government touches slowly falls apart or becomes flush with waste, fraud and corruption. Just as you would expect from any centrally planned system. From the housing market to student loans, everything the “all-knowing leaders” try to improve, they end up making worse.

Unsurprisingly, we’ve come to a boiling point in another industry the government has absurdly usurped -- “muh healthcare!”

Since politicians first started freezing wages during World War II, medical care and insurance started being used as incentives to attract workers, hence the beginning of the ridiculous idea that you can only get medical care by having “a job”.

The medical insurance industry became further rigged with the McCarran-Ferguson Act in 1945, which made corporations immune from anti-monopoly laws that literally apply to every other industry in the USSA, besides Major League Baseball. Because of this, American citizens were no longer able to buy medical insurance across state lines, impacting costs.

In 1965, the government-run sickcare programs Medicaid and Medicare were created to provide services to the “poor,” but instead it just made healthcare more expensive for everyone else, all while draining taxpayer resources.

Fast forward to modern times when the big statist solution known as Obamacare was implemented only a few years ago -- and what’s happened? A new report shows that deductibles for employer-sponsored health insurance plans have increased by 212 percent, rising from an average of $303 a year to $1,350.

In addition to this, premiums have also skyrocketed, with coverage for a family up 55 percent since 2008. These increases are 8 times faster than wage growth and 12 times faster than inflation, and there seems to be no end in sight.

What do these stats indicate for the future of medical care and insurance in America?

For starters, government “healthcare” is becoming, expectedly, way less popular. In fact, when the repeal of Obamacare’s ridiculous individual mandate is finally (hopefully) implemented next year, small and large firms alike expect their employers and dependents to stop participating in their health care plans by 9 to 24 percent.

That’s a huge drop off from people who realize that government has screwed up yet another industry -- but that’s a good thing. Because while some Big Government proponents will try to use these skyrocketing costs as another reason to try and implement a statist takeover of the medical care industry, history has shown that the government getting involved just makes things more expensive and insolvent.

Only by undoing the destructive actions of politicians can we protect the health care of the future.

The truth is, the Big Pharma-owned medical system today has absolutely nothing to do with real health. Doctors, for the most part, are these days mostly just helping patients get addicted to endless amount of pills that rarely cure anything but the symptoms of problems, making people more sick, and more profitable for the industry.

Fortunately, the answer to the great majority of ailments is simply good diet, exercise and fasting. But, if everyone knew that, Big Pharma would be out of business!
