My short years on this planet, I grew up eating a lot of meat (Carribean roots). My weight has been up and down all through my childhood and it was mainly due to a severe lack of education. WHY do I feel tired most days? WHY is cancer so common these days? Have I been living under a rock? Once I began asking questions like this, the universe knocked me over the head with info and I eneded up learning scary things about the industry 😑. I still eat meat, but I'm careful of where I buy. But my intake has gone down drastically, and I must say, I am enjoying the benefits. Still have a lot to learn on the subject though!20180116_182548.jpg

Great to hear your new lifestyle change has had a positive impact on you. There is so much information coming out regarding this topic, make sure you carefully filter through it as most of it is backed by hidden agendas.

You're absolutely right! So many little tricks, renaming harmful chemicals, and then calling the product "organic". Once I started this journey 8 years ago, I lost over 68lbs in a 7 month period. It's all about studying, and trial amd error to see what works. I will never look back!
