Dips are a killer exercise, one that I recommend everyone implement in their programming. From powerlifting to bodybuilding to calisthenics, dips are widely used due to their inherent versatility (weighted dips/different angles/muscle recruitment)
The workout - 8/12/17 - Overhead Press
•Seated barbell shoulder press - 90x2/95x2/105x4x3
•Dips - 12x3
•Dumbbell shrug - 45x14(e)x4
•Dumbbell incline press - 60x4(e)/65x5(e)/70x4(e)
•Single arm cable side rase - 10x3
