What's In Your Fridge ?
Reach for the Banana.... Not the Junk.
Chuck out the Junk and eat Healthy :)
Imagine a set of scales:
Put all the junk you eat on one side.
and, Put all the healthy stuff you eat on the other side.
Does the healthy side weigh more than the junk side ?
if not, then 'try' adjusting what you eat each day.
How do you know what food is Healthy or Junk ?
HEALTHY FOOD:
Fruit
Vegetables
Water
JUNK FOOD:
Oil
Fried food
Bread
Pasta
Noodles
Sauce
Mayonnaise
All foods of Animal origin
Meat
Fish
Eggs
Seafood
Milk
Yougurt
Cheese
Yakult
Ice-Cream
Cake
Chocolate
Fast Food
Coffee
Ice-Tea
Box and Bottle juice (even if it says its 100% because it has already acidized)
Sodas and Diet Sodas
Chicken Bone and Collagen Drinks
We are born PERFECT.
everything is working perfectly,, and then we start ruining it with junk, soda, fried foods, garbage, heated oils, processed food etc... (you get my point).
all this junk GETS IN THE WAY of the body being able to do its job.
The body is STRONG,, but its not invincible.. and finally (over the decades) mutations occur in cells as time goes by because of the junk ruining the system.
When your body feels the aches and pains of bad health,, then 'try' altering your diet and revitalize every cell your body.
With more than 10 Trillion cells in the human body, each needing their own nutrition, we should pay more attention to their needs.
Cheese, Eggs, Meat, Chocolates and Junk does NOT vitalize any of our cells.
In fact, it causes 'glitches' in our 'programming'.
Imagine yourself as an awesome computer program.
Junk food causes bugs and glitches in your software.
Fruit, Vegetables and Water (and good sleep) fixes the problems.
Almost all illness and sickness is reversible.
Pills and Medication is usually a 'temporary' fix and 'masks' the underlying problem.
Usually the problem will return again and there are many damaging side-effects from taking medicine daily.
Fruit, Vegetables and Water is free from side effects and full of curing potential.
So, go to your fridge now and open it up.

You are free to choose what to eat every day.
But I really hope you choose wisely.
