No time for gym? No problem!

Getting some exercise is very important for anyone. It gives us energy, keeps us healthy and grants countless benefits! However, there can be many obstacles to get a good workout. Some people are too busy to go to the gym, does not have the money for a membership or to buy their own equipment or they simply does not like the gym.

There is a remedy to this though. You can simply do a quick morning routine in your home completely without using any type of equipment. There are many different exercises you can do and below are just a few.

Push-ups

The push-ups are one of the most famous and effective exercises to strengthen the upper body. An effective routine based on push-ups, guarantees a substantial improvement in strength in the arms and pectorals, as well as more muscle mass throughout the body.

Crossift Abdominals

The crossfit abdominals are possibly the simplest and most effective type in relation to their difficulty, which exists. It is designed so that it can be done by those people who need to push themselves with the body to be able to do sit-ups. Maybe at the beginning, when you do not have the technique, it will cost you more to execute it but soon you will see how the number of repetitions that you are able to take increases brutally.

Squats with jump

The squat with jump, are an incredible plyometric exercise to gain strength and explosiveness in the legs. Besides, it is a tremendously useful movement to incorporate into exercise routines to lose weight.

Superman

The superman, is perfect to help us strengthen the muscles of the back back. Together with dead weight and good morning (weight exercises), it is one of the best exercises to help us gain strength and muscle mass in this area, and thus avoid possible injuries derived from bad postural habits that we adopt.

Spiderman pushups

Following exercises with the names of superheroes, the spiderman push-ups is a very complete exercise that, apart from working on the upper body, helps us to strengthen the abdominal axis.

Strides

The strides are incredible to strengthen the legs, lumbar and abs. They are the perfect complement to the squats to put together an exercise routine to strengthen the legs.

L-sit on the floor

Although the L-sit is a very complicated exercise, and more if we want to do it without material. However, I encourage anyone who tries little by little to do this exercise, because it is undoubtedly one of the best to define and gain strength in the abs.

What kind of routine you do is totally up to you. It is just important to get your muscles moving, especially if you have an office job where you sit down all day. I like to compliment my workout with some cardio, so I go on long walks with my dog every day here in Acapulco.
