Eggs are the most affordable and easy to eat nutritious meal. Not just delicious, eating one whole egg provides omega-3 fatty acids, choline, and other nutrients needed by the body. Its function is to keep cell membranes stay healthy and increase good cholesterol levels. Foods that nourish the brain enhance memory and affect mood.
