When it comes to vitamin C, I don't go for any other alternative than fruits and veggies.
I stop taking drugs since November 2009, up till date, I've been relying on the nature for everything and I am very sound.
I’m so happy to hear that!! :) you must spread this message to your friends, family, and your network of influence!
I'm doing that each time I'm having the opportunity, but rather for most of them to follow suit, they only marveled at me and ended up envying me... Lol
