If All The Benefits of Exercise Could Be Put In A Pill, It Would Be The Most Popular Pill On The Planet!

The actual tough part of exercise isn't the physical activity, but the self-motivation to get up and do something about it. Most people underestimate how much good exercise can do to your body, and would rather lead unhealthy lifestyles and exercise later. The problem with this of course, is that later never comes.

One way to overcome this is to get it done right now. This instant, get up and go do something about it, because all your decisions are born in the present moment. There's nothing that ever happens at any time that isn't now, and for that reason, just go do it now. Go for a walk, with some intermittent jogging for 30 seconds at a time. Then increase the walking time, and eventually turn the jogging into sprints. I wouldn't recommend going all out on day 1, because you want to be able to maintain it as a habit, rather than as a one-time thing. Science shows that habits take 60 days to build up, so you want a simple easy task that you can regularly do. It doesn't need to be every day, but at least a few times a week is recommended.

So, why exercise? Everyone knows it's good for you, but do you know just how good?

Studies have shown that everything from general well-being to musculoskeletal disease to cardio-vascular problems to diabetes, multiple sclerosis and depression will be improved, or their symptoms alleviated, with some exercise.

Humans weren't designed to be sedentary creatures, as modern life allows us to be. Exercise isn't a want of the body, it's a need. The body doesn't function anywhere near the way it should be. The heart doesn't pump as hard as it should and the blood doesn't flow as well as it should.

Another study found that the more people knew of the benefits of exercise, the more they were likely to exercise, so I'm gonna tell you a couple more reasons to exercise.

Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.
It can improve your mood and heal diseases. It can also help you get better sleep. Also, it can be fun, it doesn't need to be jogging if you don't enjoy jogging. Maybe play a sport you enjoy or try dancing.

I hope you guys enjoyed this as much as I did finding all this out.
