How to lose weight in practice (not theory)
Today's television, advertising, internet, colorful letters, etc., feed us with the image of a young, beautiful woman 90x60x90 and a guy with a six-pack with a minimum amount of body fat.
But is it possible that Everyone could look like this?
Because each of us has different:
- genetic predispositions
- endocrine management
- current lifestyle
- age
- medical history
- work we do
- e.t.c.
The answer is NO!
Of course, most have a dream to be "perfect".
Remember, however, to distinguish dreams from goals.
Dreams will always remain dreams until they become Goals!
We set goals to achieve them.
To achieve our dreams we will only get closer to realizing smaller goals that are realistic to achieve.
That is why we set small tasks for ourselves, but for those we meet.
Let it be for example:
- I will buy sports clothing and footwear
- I will sign up for the gym
- I will limit sweets
- I will replace the cream with natural yogurt
- I will eat more often but smaller portions
-I will go to the swimming pool once a week - I will not eat before sleeping
- e.t.c.
These are just examples of small goals - but are achievable for each of us.
If you can achieve simple, small goals, the time will come for bigger ones.
Then, achieving more success in the next stages, we will begin to fulfill your dreams.
Setting yourself exorbitant tasks will end quickly in the fact that you will not meet one.
And then what ?
- discouragement
- anger
- return to old habits
- JOJO effect (how to avoid the yo-yo effect I will write soon)
Remember !!!
There are no ready, simple, miraculous solutions.
On the Internet, in the press, on television, all kinds of advertisements, you can find many articles like, by the touch of a magic wand, to lose weight, to be beautiful and wonderful.
Most often these are theories that have no real confirmation.
Everything we (fit family) present here has been tried on ourselves.
