Only, coffee can also make us have trouble sleeping. In fact, it is common knowledge if sleep disorders can make our moods become unhealthy and other health problems.
Most people think if as long as we do not consume coffee at night, then we will not have trouble sleeping at night. In fact, in reality coffee consumption during the day can also affect the quality of our sleep at night. According to dr. Andrew, caffeine obtained from drinking coffee during the day still able to affect the chemicals that exist in our brain and ultimately block the chemicals that can make us fall asleep or sleep soundly.
So, does this mean we should not drink coffee during the day? Dr. Andrew says it's good that we no longer drink coffee after 2 pm. In fact, if we have had trouble sleeping before and tend to be more sensitive to the content of caffeine, it's good we also have stopped for coffee at a much earlier hour.
Caffeine from coffee can have different effects for many people, however, dr. Andrew advised us to no longer drink coffee after lunch so we do not have trouble sleeping at night.
