I am sorry to hear that. It's difficult to quit even after you read or watch videos about smoking and the harm it can do. And even when you know you are already sick, the attitude becomes what the heck. I'm dying anyway. Might as well live it up and smoke till death do they part (smoker and cigarettes). But I found that having a reason to do so, something beyond health, something that stirs up the pride (as in my case) can do the trick. Please feel free to spread this post to your smoker friends. You might just start their DAY 1. Thanks for your time.
