The banana, banana, banana, banana or banana in Venezuela, is an edible fruit, botanically a berry, of several types of large herbaceous plants of the genus Musa. This plant whose leaves sometimes reach up to 3 meters long and produce its fruits in very long clusters. It is one of the most consumed fruits in the world for its nutritional value, its variety in the preparation and the ease of its cultivation.
Its white flesh is very sweet and of exquisite flavor. It contains several vitamins, appreciable amounts of mineral salts, carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
INDICATIONS:
The banana is in different varieties: habano, hartón, apple tree, banana, sandwich, Dominican, etc ... It is another good food that should be used to maintain good health and prevent many diseases, such as anemia, constipation, rickets, phthisis, weakness and nervous diseases.
