Most of the people in the world take Heart as granted even though it's the first organ to function when life forms at a cellular level.According to WHO, Heart failure is the leading cause of death in the world.It is accounting for a combined 15 million deaths in 2015  and remained the leading causes of death globally in the last 15 years.

What are the things which makes your heart weak?


1. Food - That tasty looking thing on your plate is killing you slowly day by day. Trans fat, Saturated fat, Salt and added sugar are all bad for your heart.A food which contains all these ingredients are junk foods.Eating junk food sometimes in a month does not affect your heart much but making it an addictive habit by eating it every day is very deadly.


2.Drugs - The British Heart Foundation have listed some drugs which are bad for your heart. LSD, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Ketamine, Crystal meth, Mephedrone, and Cannabis are the types of drugs which increase heart rate and blood pressure that may lead to strokes.The other drugs which lower the heart rate and blood pressure are GHB, Heroin, and Poppers which may also lead to strokes.Smoking Cigarettes, High intake of harmful medication and chemicals result into an unstable heart and may even cause heart disease.

3. Excercise - We all know exercise is good for you.It lower blood pressure, decreases stress, keep you in healthy weight, improves your mood.However, most of the people are too busy in their day to day life that they never have time for exercise and the ones who have wasted their time building external muscles instead of internal.They take steroids and eat high cholesterol food which is very bad for the heart.

4.Genetics- If you have a family history of heart attacks than it's likely that you may too get one.Some of the people genes show better resistance to heart attack, they are like immune to heart attack or strokes even though they eat crap and have the unhealthy lifestyle. 

Things to consider to Improve Heart health:

  • Eat foods rich in omega-3 , Green organic vegetables, and fruits. Don't just eat meat only.
  • Move Move Move, don't sit for too long like 3-4 hours on Stemmit.
  • Exercise is the key for a healthy heart and healthy body, too much exercise is also bad for your heart so don't forget to rest.
  • Don't take medication unless it's really necessary, Taking pills for a small headache, little pain, cold, supplements for muscle growths.Your body is capable of dealing with them very well.
  • Add meditation into your daily life, it helps to reduce stress which leads to better heart and health.
  • Maintain a healthy weight, obese people are at greater risk at having a heart attack.
  • Take a good sleep so that your body can repair itself and boost your immune system.
  • Go cold turkey on any addictive drug habit if you want to live longer.
  • Avoid foods with high bad fat contains, cook your own food instead of eating from a restaurant.
  • Avoid too much surgery and salty foods.
  • Limit your alcohol intake, you should not make a habit of hangover daily.
