Anymore ever since I like tore my hamstring I just pulled out of it and my body mechanics just like haven't picked it back up yeah so I'm trying to ease back into it and it's hard this is a hard exercise and I forgot how Tim Hart was but I also love it very rewarding to be exhausted so we're at three and a quarter right now probably one side here and then maybe go up to four do one working set and not push it and then we're just gonna probably in one exercise depending how we feel feeling good maybe one more but just playing it by ear cuz again haven't done these in forever a lot of volume every time I start pushing I feel in my hamstring and it scares me what felt good birth you're up for clean or getting stronger we Came we saw we conquered right in that do you feel Concord echo Concord Matt feels like she got conquered I kind of conquered the four plates but it sucks when your use of conquering a lot more but actually felt good to be pulling push a little bit cuz if you kind of bouncer up so they never do at the end there I just want to like pull for a minute felt good like the good old days so my certain core brainy needs throughout the week had lighter weight she get the form back good together Oh I can take that critic she drops that we have to yeah like my hampering tears and so many ham fishes that leg in the hard super sentences calf raises be nothing to say to you people cut it with the end of that good point can I get a juke let's rap on the date like there catch out for okay so here we are one day after yesterday workout and the world has officially shut down we're done just kidding it's not over yet but a lot has changed in a day and I talked at the beginning that we had made a blog post and to the point now where my gyms are all closed here not over my body the hotel gym was the carpet and good life the og gym mates at Rena both shut down completely today unlike the main gyms in Canada they're done so implementing a bit more of a structured follow a long workout in the main programs now so it'll be push-pull legs bro a split if you're lucky enough to have a gym open and at home workouts home workouts whatever we label it so you guys links in the bio for my check it out we're gonna have like it's gonna be pretty simple and repetitive because it's only so much you can do at home obviously but for day one today when this video is up is gonna be like day so we got stuff using a couch we use a suitcase for that and like capable using a suitcase on other days chairs towels backpacks broom random things like that I literally tried to make these workouts with zero equipment so I don't have any gym equipment help people like Oh use dumbbells and barbells and like a lot of people don't have that at home I don't have that at home so we're really trying to get creative and see what you can do and obviously this isn't a time where you're
