Nuts ..or Nuts & Raisins?

🌰🥜If you love nuts, this is a great idea, so that you can eat the same portion size but for less calories. By swapping some dried fruit, such as raisins for half of the nuts, this is still a great way to have a satisfying snack. I know that I personally prefer eating nuts with raisins or dried fruit, rather than just plain nuts.

Nuts are calorie dense but have some amazing nutritional benefits, so are very beneficial to include in your diet. Nuts are a good source of dietary fibre and contain Vitamin B, E and minerals such as potassium and calcium.

What do you think? Would you try this swap?
