Berry Blast shake that is delicious and super healthy !!! :)
This shake is high in vitamins, minerals and overall good for you . ( might I add its delicious :). ) SO lets get started you can use either a normal blender or a juicer/blender specifically made for smoothies or juices . I use a Nutri Bullet blender and it works wonders , takes less than 10 seconds to blend. Here is the ingredients list!
Ingredients
One cup Mixed tropical fruit
Half a cup blueberry's
Half cup of Stonyfeild low fat yogurt
Quarter cup of applesauce
One Banana
One and 1/2 Cup water
One teaspoon Ginger powder
One teaspoon Turmeric powder
One tablespoon Honey ( YUMMMM )
Directions: Simply put all ingredients in blender and pulse blend until smooth. May have to add water depending how thick you prefer it. You can also add greens of your choice ( Baby spinach and baby kale work great ) for added color and nutrients. Not to mention texture and more flavor !
